I picked a great day to visit Cobden Elementary School. Today's lunch featured scratch-made bison chil with the bison sourced from Bison Bluff Farms. It was delicious! Great job! This is part of the Cobden school district effort to incorporate more scratch cooking methods and locally sourced foods through a farm-to-school initiative in partnership with Beyond Green Sustainable Food Partners and ROE 30.
